Lovely clean and comfortable hotel in an excellent location. Staff were all fabulous. Good to be so near Southbank. Beds were super comfy too

The Mantra southside is in an awesome position. All the food eateries were amazing. So much to do so close to the mantra. Excellent

We enjoyed our stay at the mantra southside. The downsides... ripped carpet as you stepped out of the bathroom, very dangerous. Mold in bathroom.. but not to bad Bed was noisy getting in and out. Pillows seemed to be very lumpy and old.. Would definitely stay there again

The location is highly convenient, however the lack of onsite parking is not. The hotel is not up to ACCOR standards which is evident in the condition of the rooms. Scuff marks, calcified tapware, rusted lamp bases (with missing bulbs) and a dirty shower. I stayed in a one-bedroom apartment, but the kitchen did not have enough china or cutlery for two people to eat. Utensils were filthy. Would be nice to have somewhere to sit on the balcony. I could neither connect my phone nor my laptop to the hotel wifi. A very disappointing stay when you're spending +$250/night. I do not recommend.

I had requested a copy of the tax invoice due to delays from the agent in providing it promptly. Given my extensive travel schedule, exceeding 150 nights per year, it becomes challenging for me to manage invoices efficiently without immediate access. Despite reaching out via email, I regret to inform you that your staff member, Maddy, declined my request. It's important to note that my credit card is utilized for booking, and the agency acts as an intermediary. Previously, I've never encountered such refusal within the All Accor chain, which makes this experience particularly disappointing with Mantra. However, there's still an opportunity to rectify this situation by providing the invoice now. Moving forward, I kindly request that this document be readily available during check-out to streamline the process. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Dear Mr D., The information provided to you by Maddy is correct, as the hotel hasn't charged you directly for the accommodation charges, we are unable to provide a tax invoice. In order to obtain a tax invoice, you would need to contact your travel agent, as they have charged you for this stay. My apologies if this wasn't fully explained to you as you made us aware, you stay many nights at hotels and I'm sure they are not always booked the same way. This can then make the procedure for obtaining a tax invoice different which I understand may be frustrating or even confusing.
