Found our room very noisy first night due to road noise and couldnt sleep. Staff were very understanding and moved our room which was better

Got in very late rectified bed lay out quickly upgraded due to mistake and got a bottle of wine Helped set up Uber and showed how to use. Lovely staff

So this was a second attempt to stay at this property as our accommodation was accidently double booked for Taylor Swift concert. To rectify the error we were told our next booking would be upgraded and given one of the best suites. Upon arriving we found establishment was beautiful and staff was nice our room looked over Rod Laver arena but when it came to sleeping...... that was the deal breaker. All night all I heard was constant trains clinking and clunking. It was an extremely loud stay and did not sleep a wink.
