I booked my parents in for an overnight stay - so they could get to the airport for an early flight. The desk staff were excellent. The room was great. We had a very very nice meal with them - the meal took a while to come but the food was great.

Lara was exceptional at check-in. She made conversation and didn't make it feel like it was just her job. She made me feel welcomed especially with the time I arrived being dinner time and the restaurant being very packed.

Nice and clean hotel close to airport with shuttle service. Front desk & restaurant staffs were polite & helpful. However, didn't get my room serviced even after not placing 'Do not disturb' sign outside door handle (it was inside). After returning to room late at night, found someone placed another, different looking, 'Do not disturb' sign outside door handle & room was not serviced. Wasn't impressed. Other than this incident, everything was fine.
